This role involves detailed analysis and optimization of workflows to ensure seamless operation and accuracy in revenue generation activities, working closely by analyzing software and existing practices. Regular coordination with Sleep Center staff for training and workflow adjustments is a critical part of the role to achieve optimal financial outcomes. The Analyst also plays a key role in addressing patient billing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively, thus maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
