Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: 3+ years in insurance billing, denials and collections; sleep center DME billing.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, registration, claims submission and denials follow-up.
• Analyze and optimize Sleep Center revenue cycle workflows.
• Coordinate with Sleep Center staff for training and workflow updates.
• Address patient billing inquiries with confidentiality and care.
• Prepare for and facilitate revenue cycle meetings.
