Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's Crosby Clinic is hiring an LPN/CMA to support patient consultations and procedures, document care in medical records, and coordinate communications between patients, physicians, and the care team.

This part-time, 0.8 FTE position on the Crosby Clinic offers day-shift hours, a 64-hour pay period, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and education reimbursement.

Formación

• Current LPN license from Minnesota or Graduate of CMA/CCMA program within one year of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience (for coordinator or specialist roles).

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and prepare them for physician consultations, including assisting with procedures and treatments.
• Document patient interactions and treatments in medical records with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate care by communicating with patients, physicians, and other health care team members; schedule tests and follow-ups.
• Maintain clinic supplies and educate patients about their care as needed.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatments in medical records while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state nursing regulations. You will be pivotal in managing the communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare teams to coordinate care, including scheduling tests and managing follow-ups.
