Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle management or similar role.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in revenue cycle management and payor reimbursement strategies.
• Analyze contract proposals and collaborate on payor projects for optimal reimbursement.
• Oversee payment accuracy and resolve payor issues.
• Manage payor relationships and ensure accurate claims processing.
