Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Reimbursement Performance Manager to lead AR and cost reporting across the healthcare system, optimizing reimbursement strategy, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within a hospital environment.

The role partners with Finance and Revenue Cycle leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights, develop dashboards and models, guide budgeting and forecasting, and strengthen internal controls while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare finance, reimbursement, accounting, revenue cycle, or related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of healthcare accounting principles, cost reporting, reimbursement regulations, and revenue cycle operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and Cost Reporting functions across the healthcare system.
• Monitor AR performance including aging, denials, and cash collections.
• Oversee Medicare/Medicaid cost reports preparation, coordination, and audit support.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, financial models, and BI reporting.
• Analyze reimbursement methodologies and payer trends to suggest improvements.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operations to strengthen financial performance.
• Develop reimbursement forecasts for budgeting and long-range planning.
• Maintain internal controls for regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic financial recommendations.
• Lead process improvements to optimize reimbursement and cash flow.
• Mentor and develop team members.
