Job summary

Think Whole Person Healthcare seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee and enhance revenue cycle operations, maximizing collections and cash flow while ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal protocols. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four years’ experience in payment posting, medical coding, medical billing, and accounts receivable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations and staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to workflows, documentation standards, and customer service expectations.
• Lead process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce rework.
• Maintain accurate PM and EHR documentation for compliant claim processing.
• Develop and refine self-pay collections strategies to improve recovery.
• Collaborate with managers to implement aligned business process improvements.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with denials management and claims corrections to minimize losses.
• Identify and implement improvements for payer path issues to streamline revenue cycle.
• Support payment posting, insurance verification, coding, patient payments, and billing inquiries.
• Lead special projects and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Share learnings from errors and challenges to reduce rework and boost efficiency.
• Aim to enhance patient experience by being responsive, innovative, and patient-centric.
