Qualifications

• 3-5 years in healthcare revenue cycle management; 1-2 years supervisory.
• Experience with billing systems, audits, and claims analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.
• Oversee daily billing operations and reconcile discrepancies in payments or denials.
• Monitor trends in claims data and implement recovery strategies to maximize revenue.
• Supervise hourly staff, provide training and career development, set performance standards.
• Manage RCM systems and ensure data integrity with EMR and billing software.
