Job summary

Ensemble is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems across the United States. We help hospitals and affiliated physician groups optimize front-end to back-end processes with a human-centered approach.

This exempt role supports Practice Optimization Partners, driving process improvements in registrations, scheduling, and time-of-service collections. 3–5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a revenue cycle role preferred.
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and examine client revenue cycle processes from front desk through submission/reconciliation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Create educational content from analyses and train staff.
• Collaborate with Pre-Access on issues such as referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Partner with revenue cycle teams to resolve issues while delivering high-quality service.
• Lead meetings professionally and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace atmosphere.
