Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director, Regional Practice to partner with physician practice leaders across Connecticut to enhance patient access, revenue cycle performance, and operational outcomes. The role requires up to 75% travel within the Connecticut region.

You will drive measurable improvements by leveraging revenue cycle expertise, operational consulting, and executive influence in field settings. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity in healthcare finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years physician practice revenue cycle expertise including patient access, denials, point-of-service collections, cash performance, and revenue cycle optimization.
• 3-5 years leading physician practice operations as a Practice Manager, Practice Director, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to influence leaders, drive behavior change, and improve performance without direct reporting authority.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable operational improvements.
• Experience working within large, integrated healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups.

The Opportunity:

What We're Looking For
