Qualifications

• Working knowledge of health insurance payers including Medicare/Medicaid.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations including census, deposits, and cash posting.
• Manage private pay collections and resident trust accounts.
• Coordinate Medicaid eligibility processes and follow-up.
• Support accurate and timely submission of insurance claims with billing team.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure revenue cycle performance.
