Centerstone in Kirksville, MO is seeking a Manager, Client Financial Services to lead revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, AR, cash posting, denial management, and client service.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor department metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with Revenue Cycle leadership to improve processes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, AR, cash posting and denial management.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience coaching, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with revenue cycle systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Oversee billing, collections, cash posting, AR, denial management, and client customer service.
• Coordinate workflows and monitor team performance to ensure quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance.
• Ensure timely claim submission and reimbursement processes; oversee insurance follow-up and denial resolution.
• Monitor department metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance financial outcomes.
• Analyze system reports and financial data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding and training for new staff; support cross-training across revenue cycle functions.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and scheduling processes for department staff.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and collaboration with clients and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, accreditation standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
