Socket.dev seeks a seasoned Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the Cash Posting and Client Billing Inquiries teams in Tulsa or OKC. You will train staff, optimize workflows, and ensure accurate posting and timely client statements while partnering with leadership on process improvements.

The role emphasizes quality service, performance metrics, and ongoing professional development within a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• Five years or more experience in healthcare with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with billing through EHR (electronic health records).
• Cash Posting/Client Billing and AR follow-up experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and evaluate Cash Posting and Client Billing Representatives, including performance reviews and skill development.
• Oversee daily workflow assignments ensuring tasks are completed within agency turnaround standards.
• Ensure data is entered accurately in client charts in the EHR where applicable.
• Ensure team members post all payments within established guidelines.
• Maintain and audit reports for completeness and accuracy within timelines.
• Serve as subject-matter expert and escalation point for Cash Posting balancing and Client Billing inquiries.
