Job summary

Family & Children’s Services in Tulsa or OKC area is seeking a Cash Posting/Client Billing Inquiries Manager to oversee daily Revenue Cycle operations, train staff, and ensure accurate data entry and timely payments.

You will balance teams, develop workflows, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements; a five-plus year healthcare billing background and leadership experience are preferred, with an emphasis on EHR billing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Five+ years in healthcare billing with 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with billing through EHR (electronic health records).
• Cash Posting/Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, AR Follow-up, and related billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cash Posting and Client Billing Representatives, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily workflow to meet turnaround standards and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure critical data is entered into client charts in the EHR.
• Process and post all payments following established guidelines.
• Audit reports for completeness and timely delivery of results.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for posting and billing issues.
