Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Centralized Billing Office Manager to lead day-to-day centralized revenue cycle operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers. You will drive standardized workflows, supervise staff, and partner with center leadership to meet financial goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing billing, A/R, collections, and reporting, while promoting process improvement and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with multiple locations or centers preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret revenue cycle reports and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and revenue cycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centralized billing operations and ensure timely completion of revenue cycle activities.
• Establish standardized workflows and work queues across centers.
• Monitor billing activity to ensure accurate and timely claims submission.
• Identify delays and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide resources, training, and tools for staff to perform effectively.
• Oversee centralized A/R and collections to support cash goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop centralized staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare routine operational reports for the Revenue Cycle Director.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize processes and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and controls.
