Job summary

Raventra Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead day-to-day Revenue Cycle operations and oversee the performance of the Revenue Cycle team, ensuring efficient billing, claims processing, and denial management.

In a remote role, you will monitor KPIs, review aging and outstanding accounts, identify process gaps, drive improvements, and collaborate with billing, coding, and patient financial services to maximize reimbursement and cash flow.

• Ensure team activities follow established procedures, quality standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals.

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management operations and oversee the performance of the Revenue Cycle team. This role is responsible for operational efficiency, team performance, account resolution, revenue cycle KPIs, and continuous improvement across the patient financial lifecycle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and manage Revenue Cycle Specialists and other assigned team members.
