Optipeople-Resources seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing function for a growing outpatient practice. You will oversee the full revenue cycle across multiple locations, managing a small team and ensuring accurate claims submissions and timely reimbursements.

You will mentor billing staff, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, monitor KPIs, and drive automation to reduce manual work. HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive medical billing or revenue cycle experience in outpatient healthcare.
• Expertise in claims processing, denials management, and patient billing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with accountability and coaching mindset.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort with technology.

Responsibilities
