Indenovo is partnered with an established Private Equity-backed ophthalmology group seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in revenue cycle management, particularly within the healthcare sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient billing processes and maximizing revenue while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. As a key member of the RCM team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration to collections. Your expertise will help drive financial performance and support our client's mission of delivering exceptional eye care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration to final payment
• Ensure accurate coding and billing practices in compliance with regulations
• Analyze and optimize revenue cycle performance using KPIs
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing issues
• Identify trends and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve collections
• Train and supervise revenue cycle staff to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Develop and maintain relationships with payers and vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
