Compensation: $38.00+ per hour, with potential to increase to $50.00/hr

A day in the role...

• This role involves working with the EPIC Home Infusion Module, analyzing reporting and data to identify trends, and suggesting improvements.
• Focuses on complex, high-dollar claims in home infusion, requiring analytical skills.
• Works closely with leadership to identify trends, report to Thomas Allen, and collaborate with Rashida Davis, the Revenue Cycle Manager.
• Responsible for identifying issues in the front-end intake process that cause denials and advocating for integrating revenue cycle processes.

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• AR Follow-Up, AR Specialist, Follow-Up Representative, Insurance Authorizations, ICD-10 & CPT Codes, Medical Insurance & Billing Knowledge, Denials Follow-Up
• 3+ years of Home Infusion Revenue Cycle experience
• 3+ years of EPIC experience (preferably more)
• Management experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $38.00 - $50.00/hr. Benefits may include:
