Role Overview

This role involves working within the EPIC Home Infusion Module, analyzing reporting data to identify trends, and improving the revenue cycle process for high-dollar claims. The person will collaborate with leadership, report to Thomas Allen, and work closely with Rashida Davis, the Home Health & Hospice Revenue Cycle Manager. They will also identify issues in the front-end intake process affecting denials and contribute to integrating revenue cycle practices into the front end.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in Home Infusion Revenue Cycle
• 3+ years with EPIC (preferably more)
• Management experience
