Lorian Health, based in San Diego, is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing and collections teams and optimize cash flow. This role demands strong regulatory knowledge, leadership, and hands-on process improvement across the revenue cycle.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate claims and documentation, while driving performance and patient service excellence. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage the revenue cycle team, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable functions.
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to resolve billing and documentation issues.
• Provide training and support to revenue cycle staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns related to billing and insurance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers a salary range of $74,000-$86,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
