Responsibilities

• Lead and support a six-person revenue cycle team consisting of billing and denials professionals
• Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations including claims submission, payment posting, denials management, and accounts receivable
• Manage billing and reimbursement across multiple health plans, including Medi-Cal and Managed Care payer contracts
• Oversee capitated revenue streams including member rosters, payment tracking, reconciliations and variance analysis
• Manage fee-for-service billing and ensure claims are submitted accurately and reimbursement is optimized
• Monitor outstanding claims, error reports, and denial trends while driving timely follow-up and corrective action
• Create and maintain reporting on billing, collections, AR, denials, and revenue trends to provide leadership with actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medi-Cal, DHCS, and payer-specific billing requirements while supporting internal and external audits

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead a strong billing team and bring greater accountability, consistency, and results to its revenue cycle operations. This onsite leadership role will oversee a six-person team responsible for billing and denials while managing claims submission, accounts receivable, capitated payments, fee-for-service billing, and revenue reporting across multiple health plans.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $77,000 / Year, DOE
