Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Revenue Integrity Chargemaster Analyst to maintain the chargemaster, review and build new charges, and ensure accurate billing integration with clinical and ancillary systems.

The role requires coding credentials within 6 months, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and 3 years CDM experience with Epic CDM preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 3 years CDM experience required.
• Epic CDM experience preferred; Epic Charge Capture certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Maintains chargemaster (CDM) accuracy and updates CPT/HCPCS codes, pricing, and revenue codes.
• Reviews charges and ensures integration with other systems (supply, department lists).
• Oversees billing edits and work with departments to reduce pre-bill edits and ensure clean claims.
• Tracks pricing changes and annual increases; ensures fee schedules are accurate.
