Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience with leadership or supervision.
• Experience in a multisite medical practice setting, specialty practice a plus.
• Experience with accounts receivable and denials preferred.
• Strong communication across all levels from staff to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor revenue cycle team, evaluate performance and support growth.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements.
• Resolve billing inquiries from patients, providers, and staff.
