The role requires a high school diploma, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 2–5 years of revenue cycle management experience in health care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; BA preferred in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years revenue cycle management experience in health care.
• Knowledge of cloud-based practice management software preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital-based and multispecialty practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, registration, billing and collections for VMG specialties.
• Supervise billing coordinators, office coordinators and staff with practice management.
• Align operations with AR metrics and best practice revenue cycle standards.
• Collaborate with practice management to support physicians' needs and efficiency.
