Compassus is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead the Revenue Cycle team, model Compassus values, and promote the company philosophy across departments and stakeholders. The role includes preparing reports, conducting Revenue Cycle Reviews, and ensuring timely completion of tasks while upholding ethical standards.

Responsibilities include managing realignments, payor changes, and billing accuracy, analyzing documentation for complaints and appeals, and ensuring KPIs are met through system

Formación

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive, relevant experience and/or training required; preferably in home health, hospice, palliative, or infusion.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Third-Party Insurance Accounts, including Medicaid, Managed Care, HMO, PPO, Auto and Work Comp rules governing collection activities.

Responsabilidades

• Performs episode realignments and payor changes to completion, coordinating with team to ensure timely billing.
• Researches and resolves accounts; identifies gaps between payor requirements and billing documentation.
• Ensures bills are correct for open and future invoices.
• Compiles and reports documentation for verbal, written, and expedited member and provider complaints, grievances, and appeals.
• Provides appeals assistance for patients with denied medical treatment or services.
