SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Revenue Cycle Business Office Manager to lead billing, collections, and financial operations in our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on accurate billing, timely collections, regulatory compliance, and guiding residents through financial matters.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in healthcare billing/collections in long-term care, with Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of healthcare billing and collections in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and resident billing for Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-up on denials or unpaid balances.
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle reports and audit AR for accuracy.
• Coordinate resident admissions with insurance coverage verification and benefits.
• Maintain compliant documentation and internal controls for audits.
