Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager in Dayton, OH to lead revenue cycle operations for a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee the business office, drive cash collections, and ensure accurate Medicaid eligibility processing and insurance submissions.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with billing, nursing, and administration to optimize financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of health insurance payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Understanding Medicaid eligibility requirements and application processes including documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations to drive cash collections and reduce AR aging
• Manage census, deposits, and cash posting; oversee private pay collections and resident trust accounts
• Support accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and resolve billing issues with the billing team
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards across departments
• Partner with leadership to optimize revenue cycle performance and financial accuracy
