Job summary

The Revenue Cycle Lead at Jefferson Health Plans will support supervisory staff in the revenue cycle department, helping manage daily operations and workflows. This role interfaces with staff and other departments to ensure accurate denials, registrations, and timely payments.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with 4 years in healthcare revenue cycle, familiarity with MS Word/Excel, and a Patient Financial Services Specialist II Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent and 4 years experience in a healthcare/revenue cycle setting with specific experience in business functions such as registration, follow up, denials, and payment posting.
• Patient Financial Services Specialist II Certification (through Clarivate).
• Experience with revenue cycle applications/systems.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Description

The Revenue Cycle Lead serves as a resource for staff and functions to assist supervisory staff in assigned area with workflow and day-to-day operations.

1. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

Salary Range

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.

Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
