Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Revenue Cycle management.
• College degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management or similar.
• Experience in patient accounting systems, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and using analytics to enhance operations.
• Healthcare compliance, health information, inpatient medical billing and coding, and regulatory operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current revenue cycle processes and workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with registration, billing, charging, coding, collections, and denials management teams to streamline processes.
• Analyze and monitor revenue cycle metrics to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Lead audits and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure policy and regulatory adherence.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and generate reports on metrics such as CDM accuracy and denials.
