Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of Revenue Cycle experience with a college degree.
• Experience in patient accounting systems and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytics with pattern analytics and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maximize compliant revenue capture and cash collections through analytics and workflow optimization.
• Design and distribute monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review weekly reports and communicate trends to central billing office and facilities leaders.
• Support system implementations, process improvements, and standardization initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
