Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years in a leadership role (progressive)
• 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle or related operations
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred
• Consulting or project management preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Change Management Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Revenue Cycle and hospital campus finance operations.
• Communicate with senior executives to set standards for interaction between hospital campuses and Revenue Cycle.
• Build relationships and facilitate communication between hospital and Revenue Cycle operations.
• Identify business needs, document issues, escalate and manage resolutions.
• Coordinate with peers to address denials management and implement prevention/recovery programs.
