Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle or related operations preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Revenue Cycle and hospital campus finance operations to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with senior executives to set standards for interaction between hospital campuses and Revenue Cycle.
• Build relationships and facilitate communication between hospital and Revenue Cycle operations.
• Document, escalate, and manage resolution of issues impacting both hospital campus and Revenue Cycle operations.
• Assist with denials management by identifying trends and implementing prevention and recovery programs.
