Job summary

Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick, Georgia, seeks a Director of Revenue Integrity to provide strategic and operational leadership for the development and advancement of revenue integrity across the system.

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this leader will oversee two direct reports, strengthen charge reconciliation and charge capture, oversee CDM governance, reduce revenue leakage and denials, and collaborate across departments to optimize reimbursement and payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive revenue integrity or healthcare finance experience with CDM, charge capture, coding, billing and payer rules.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams; Cerner, Epic, Meditech experience preferred.
