Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee, KS seeks a Revenue Cycle Liaison to ensure smooth operations between hospital campus finance and Revenue Cycle. This role requires travel 25%-40% and periodic on-site work in Kansas for key meetings, with predominant remote work.

You will communicate with senior leadership, build cross-functional partnerships, and drive issue resolution impacting local campuses and Revenue Cycle. A Bachelor’s is required; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in progressive revenue cycle or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Revenue Cycle and hospital campus finance operations.
• Coordinate with senior executives to set standards for interaction between hospital campuses and Revenue Cycle.
• Build strong relationships and facilitate communication between hospital and Revenue Cycle operations.
• Document, escalate, and manage resolution of issues impacting both local hospital campus and Revenue Cycle operations.
• Coordinate with peers across Revenue Cycle on denials management and prevention programs.
