Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare seeks an RC Informatics Manager to oversee Epic functionality across the revenue cycle and related clinical modules, driving acquisitions and integrations. You will analyze KPI data and drive automation to maximize efficiency, aligning with best practices and AR performance goals from project inception to rollout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle, informatics, healthcare technology or a closely related field.
• 1 year involving leading people, projects, or programs.
• In lieu of degree , a total of eleven (11) years of experience.
• Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Previous experience using or implementing Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the capabilities and general application of Epic functionality across revenue cycle and clinical functions.
• Lead RC Informatics initiatives from planning through rollout, optimizing automation and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and Revenue Cycle Services to meet best practices and AR goals.
• Plan, execute and monitor the implementation of systems and configurations to support business processes.
