Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Epic capabilities for revenue cycle and clinical functions and bolt-on applications.
• Analyze KPI data and collaborate with Revenue Cycle Services to improve efficiency and automation.
• Recommend technology enhancements and optimizations to meet performance goals and industry benchmarks.
• Develop configurations and delivery plans, test final system setups, and provide end-user support.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Health Information Systems, Informatics, Healthcare Management, or closely related field
