Kingfisher Recruiting presents an opportunity at a Forbes Top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH. The Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager leads IT-enabled revenue cycle projects, ensuring system integrity and stakeholder alignment.

Hybrid role; onsite 50% with a comprehensive benefits package. Requires 4+ years of PM experience, a BS in information systems, and Epic experience in healthcare IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
• 5+ years information systems experience and 3+ years healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with managing large and small system selection, system acquisition, system implementation projects.
• Experience with concepts and project and resource management for system acquisition, system design, system implementation, system development and system maintenance.
• Experience with process re-design and process re-engineering methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through full life cycle.
• Directs daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing teams.
• Determines work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues and educates staff.
• Plans day-to-day activities of teams including prioritization and meeting plans.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and build alignment.
• Prepares weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Manages risk assessment and ensures high-quality deliverables.
• Develops project requirements, timelines, detailed specifications, and resources.
• Applies Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Promotes new system usage and participates in steering team meetings.
• Stays current on information technology practices and technologies.
