Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is assisting a Forbes-ranked hospital in Ohio with a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager role. The position blends IT leadership with healthcare financial systems expertise, overseeing system life cycles and large-scale implementations.

The hybrid, onsite 50% role offers a compensation range of $95,000–$125,000 with full benefits. Candidates should have strong PM, IS, and healthcare revenue cycle experience and stellar communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directly participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the full life cycle.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, billing and related systems.
• Plans and manages day-to-day team activities and priorities.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design/build.
• Develops weekly status reports for Project Director and escalates issues as needed.
