Job summary

The University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Trainer and Auditor to design, coordinate, and implement staff education, competency assessments, and quality audit processes within the Central Billing Office–Clinton. This full-time role requires a degree (associate or bachelor) and 2 years of revenue cycle experience; supervisory experience and EPIC familiarity are preferred.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers targeted training for new and existing staff in the assigned area.
• Monitors staff competency, maintains training records, and tracks progress.
• Develops training materials, schedules classes, and revises content as needed.
• Audits revenue cycle processes and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Provides on-site support for auditing, workflow, and adherence to best practices.
