Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare IT, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of revenue cycle management experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health CPT4 coding, payer requirements, and health care terminology.
• Strong analytical and compliance skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to maximize revenue, collections, and EHRS-related processes.
• Guide revenue, billing, and collection teams and set performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and resolve EHRS and revenue-cycle issues.
• Oversee change-control and contract terms related to revenue processes.
• Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders to optimize systems.
