Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited school with 3-5 years experience in third-party payor contract negotiations/management, medical billing and 3 years experience supervising non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee third-party payer contracts and performance monitoring.
• Manage medical billing and AR processes to optimize cash flow.
• Lead data analysis to improve revenue cycle efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with CFO and clinical/operational teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Develop internal controls for AR/billing and supervise billing staff.
