Job summary

Meridian Health Services in Muncie, Indiana, is seeking a Team Lead Admin – Revenue Cycle to oversee revenue cycle operations under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This role provides leadership, training, and quality oversight across multiple revenue cycle functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of billing, payment posting, and collections processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Prior team leadership or management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support revenue cycle staff; provide training as needed.
• Respond to and resolve client and internal inquiries.
• Monitor workflows, compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across revenue cycle functions.
• Maintain and distribute required reports; assist with data tracking and performance goals.
• Audit processes and ensure adherence to Meridian policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
