Job summary

Majestic Care in Indiana is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to lead revenue cycle operations across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care communities in the region. You will optimize accounts receivable, billing accuracy, collections, cash flow, denial resolutions, payer relationships, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.

Collaborating with finance, operations, clinical, and business office leaders, you will maximize reimbursement, reduce bad debt, and support overall

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounts receivable management experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Multi-facility healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care billing and collections.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office and financial software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Business Office Managers and develop team members.
• Oversee billing processes for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay.
• Drive AR management and reduce bad debt; monitor aging and collections.
• Oversee denial management programs and coordinate appeals processes.
• Analyze monthly AR reports and prepare forecasts for leadership.
• Develop billing and collection policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
