Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for operational and financial decision‑making.
• Monitors KPIs including net collections, days in AR, denial rates, and payer turnaround times.
• Prepares analytical reports for leadership on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.
• Collaborates with CBO leadership to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
• Serves as SME on revenue cycle data structures, reporting tools, and analytic methodologies.
