Job summary

The Mount Sinai Health System seeks a FPA Systems and Reporting Analyst to perform reporting and data analysis for revenue cycle leadership across the organization. The role oversees the development, monitoring and generation of reports related to revenue cycle metrics and may liaison between CBO, Finance and IT on related systems and results.

Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated competency in data analysis and problem solving in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Prepares and analyzes financial reports and statements to represent current and projected financial status.
Provides maintenance of monthly operating reports and dashboards with performance metrics and KPIs.
Assists in summarizing, recording and reporting of financial transactions related to financial reporting and accounts receivable.
Leads in internal and external meetings to explain data relevant for business needs.
Collaborates with CBO management, department administrators and billing manager to achieve high client satisfaction.
