Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the teams under their control to reduce days in AR and improve cash collections.
• Ensure workflows align with revenue cycle best practices to reduce denial rates and improve clean claim rates.
• Develop and implement policies that promote efficiency, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
