Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to DHA UBO revenue cycle initiatives.
• Review front-, mid-, and back-end revenue cycle processes.
• Assist with CDM review, maintenance, and optimization.
• Analyze claims, denials, and payment data for trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and SOPs for KPIs.
