Revenue Analyst role focuses on revenue integrity within the Hospital CDM, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on gross revenue and ensuring accuracy across the CDM and related systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining CPT/HCPCS codes, supporting rate structures and annual rate increases, educating leaders on CDM issues, and collaborating with IT on workflow improvements to drive data integrity and timely ad-hoc analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or 3–5 years' experience in lieu of education.
• Hospital CDM experience REQUIRED.
• Hospital/healthcare analyst experience REQUIRED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with well-developed analytic and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Hospital CDM and related ancillary systems content including CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Provide education to department and financial leaders on CDM issues.
• Design and implement charge capture/billing workflow improvements in collaboration with IT.
• Provide ad-hoc revenue and variance analysis reports.
