Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States (nationwide) seeks a highly experienced Manager for Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead posting, reconciliation, and 835/EFT operations across DME and Pharmacy businesses.

You will design scalable processes, drive automation, and collaborate with IT, Treasury, and Finance to optimize cash flow and ensure accurate remittance processing in a complex multi‑system environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle with leadership experience in Cash Applications.
• Understanding of payment lifecycle including EFT/deposit, 835 receipt, EDI routing/splitting, reconciliation and posting.
• Experience implementing or leveraging automation to enhance Revenue Cycle efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy to ensure timely posting and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across bank deposits, EFTs, lockboxes, clearinghouses, remittance files, and Revenue Cycle platforms.
• Establish controls to ensure cash is accounted for from deposit/EFT through 835 receipt and final posting.
• Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, misrouted, unapplied, or unreconciled payments.
• Lead and develop Cash Applications teams across multiple businesses.
