Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle – Cash Applications & Payment Integrity to lead cash application, deposit reconciliation, credit balance, and refund operations across its DME and Pharmacy businesses. The role ensures payments are accurately posted and reconciled in a multi‑system environment, designing scalable processes and controls for complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare Revenue Cycle, leading Cash Applications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of EFT/deposit, 835 receipt, EDI routing/splitting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cash Applications across DME and Pharmacy businesses with timely posting and reconciliation.
• Own end-to-end deposit reconciliation across bank deposits, EFTs, lockboxes, and remittance files.
• Establish controls from deposit/EFT through 835 receipt and final posting.
